Appropriate for all levels – modifications will be offered.

Vinyasa: MORE ADVANCED YOGI
My classes are centered around a strong Vinyasa flow, breath Pranayama, and Asana physical moment. We will explore a deeper side of yoga as we intertwine the Chakra’s, Yamas’s and Niyam’s and many more yoga philosophes. My goal is to have you take what you feel, and learn on the mat about yourself. I want you to
take that and live yoga off the mat. To be our best selves and share with all those around us, “a better human being.”
Foundation Flow: MORE ADVANCED YOGI
Foundation Flow is a great introduction to a more intense style of yoga called flow or vinyasa yoga. Here we combine classic Hatha postures together and link them with our breath to increase the heart rate. This is a more upbeat class and paves the path for a beautiful and safe foundation to a Vinyasa or flow practice.
Shine On Saturday: EVERYONE
Allow YOUR light to SHINE throughout the weekend. Shine on Saturdays are a great way to start your weekend. This class is great for anyone and everyone. We will start class with a dynamic warmup, engage in balancing poses, work our core, and end class relaxed and rejuvenated.
Stretch & Restore: EVERYONE-(especially Senior students and/or anyone with medical concerns)
This class is centered around the practice of the art of letting go. Practice begins with pranayama, mudras, and centering. Followed by a slower paced flow of yin-style yoga. Poses are held from 2-8 minutes to encourage relaxation and release of tension. You will then be lead through prop-supported restorative postures.
* You must bring your own props for this class. You will need 2 blocks, a strap, 1 blanket and either 1 large bolster or two pillows. All of this is (minus bolsters/pillows) for sale at the studio.* Ending with a guided meditation. This class is accessible for all levels of yogis - beginner to advanced.
Vinyasa Flow: MORE ADVANCED YOGI
Full-body strengthening, relaxation and balance are the goals, as we focus on the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers. In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement while building strength and cultivating heat in the body with creative sequences and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness
