My name is Jennifer Thompson, recently married and a mother of two amazing daughters. I’ve been involved in the fitness industry for 27 years and I hold several certifications in many formats. Working in the fitness industry I knew I found my calling to help and inspire others to become their very best. My yoga journey, however, found me. Most people are inspired and intrigued by yoga for the Asana, the physical movement. For me it was the exact opposite. I recall the exact moment; it was a feeling, a calling, that I needed something deeper and more purposeful in my life. Not knowing at that time through yoga I would overcome a personal trauma. Yoga arrived before I knew I needed it. With that, I knew in my heart others could benefit as well. I went through my 200-hour teacher training finishing in 2018. I will be pursuing my 500-hour teacher training in the near future.
Sue S. (RYT 200, RYT 500) began practicing yoga after a running injury and instantly recognized the countless healing benefits yoga has to offer. She has fallen in love with sharing the gift of health and well-being thru yoga and fitness. Drawing upon various styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra and her fitness background, her classes are an energetic and well-rounded expression of yoga that emphasize alignment-based movement led by the breath.
She is honored to teach at Yoga Branch and to help bring balance, awareness, health, and happiness into other's lives.

I am a stay at home mama to two amazing kiddos, okie, hippie, and Air Force veteran. I started yoga as a way to help with flexibility in CrossFit but soon found it was way more than just stretching. I have been practicing yoga for 8 years and recently finished my 200hr YTT. I cannot wait to share my love of yoga with you!
